Is the card being refused? This could be the reason.
Why is the card refused?
If the card is declined, this can be due to a number of reasons.
- The user has reached their purchase limit.
- There are no funds in the account.
- The purchase is not approved in the app (for online purchases).
- An account transfer is being attempted (this is not supported by our cards).
