Ants Tech Recruiters is a recruitment company dedicated to helping companies find, attract, evaluate and retain IT talent. With an ambition to simplify the economy, they acquired Mynt, which has simplified both the company and its employees.

Ants saw several years ago that tech recruitment was becoming quite challenging. It made them realize that there was a long journey to make - a long entrepreneurship and a long company building to solve the core question: how to recruit in tech?

- We slipped into tech recruitment early on. Somewhere along the way, we realized that if we become our customers, if we put ourselves where the action is, and manage to convey the real content of each role to the candidates - then we will have completely different conditions for getting the right candidates into the process," says Hugo Leichsenring, CEO and founder of Ants Tech Recruiters. 

- "It's exciting in these times, because we have a great understanding of the basic problem our customers have. We actually have the same challenges, our entire growth stands and falls on getting the right talent - what is called talent acquisition, finding the right talent but also getting it in ourselves, and making them thrive in the long term. In this way, we are in the same boat as our customers, and the solutions we find for our customers we fully apply ourselves. 

Ants has an ongoing ambition to simplify its finances, and also to make it easier for those who work at the company. This is why they acquired Mynt, the company card that sends receipts straight into the accounting system.

Now, when we are in the middle of it, it feels like it has been realized. It is simply easier, less receipt accounting and above all it creates less frustration among those involved.
