If you lose your card in Sweden or abroad, it is important that you block the card immediately. The fastest way to do this is to use the Mynts mobile app.
Customer service
- Log in to the app and select "cards" in the navigation. Under card settings, you can click on the card you want to freeze.
- Click on "freeze card".
- Here you can also choose to disable the ability to withdraw money from ATMs and make online transactions.
You can block the card in the web app
- Log in to the web app and go to "My cards".
- Click on the card you want to block, then click on the "Freeze card" button and follow the instructions.

Holiday tips
Whether you are vacationing in Sweden or abroad, our advice is to take two cards with you on your trip and keep them in different places. Then you always have one card in reserve in case of an accident. Also, make sure you have a personal code and Mobile BankID with you so that you can identify yourself if you need to contact us.
